Company DH DEKOR, spol. s.r.o. in Humpolec is a dynamic company specializing in the production of a wide range of furniture parts, mainly from laminated chipboard and MDF.
The production technologies they use are cutting-edge and correspond to the latest trends in the furniture industry. DH DEKOR approached us about an atypical solution for the extraction of a large capacity edge banding machine.
Specifically, it involved the extraction of 11 outlets (in most cases 80 mm in diameter). Since the edge banding machine was located in the middle of the production hall, another condition was the connection to the central extraction of the entire workshop. After agreement, an extraction unit with a underpressure of 5 000 Pa (which is a crucial parameter for edge banding machines), a fan output of 7.5 kW and a filter shaker were designed.
Once the project was approved, everything was set in motion. With the passage of time, we were interested in customer feedback, so we asked DH DEKOR after a few months to express our satisfaction with the extraction system.
