A suitable solution where a large extraction capacity is required is the modular ZINCOWALL extraction wall, which is designed for the extraction of dry smoke, fumes and dust. The wall can be connected to a central extraction and filtration system with properly dimensioned piping.

Another filter unit, the ZINCOCAR DF, is designed as an extraction wall with high-performance horizontally located filters and is designed for the extraction and filtration of dust from wood grinding, steel grinding, inert material processing, surface metallization dust and welding fumes.

The unit is equipped with a compressed air pulse cleaning system, a PLC unit for setting cleaning cycles and an AFON air diffuser.
