The joint journey began in January 2023, when representatives of KOPLAST spol. s r. o. approached us with a request for a solution for the extraction of their CNC machines. This was followed by a visit from our sales and technical representative to better understand the customer’s specifications and see the implementation site “live”.

In the next step, we prepared a comprehensive offer including a visualisation of the proposed solution. The client was particularly interested in the integration of cleaning points into the system design, which contributes to the overall comfort and maintenance efficiency.

Before the end of last year, we started implementing the entire project and, according to the production director of KOPLAST spol. s. r. o., Mr. Kakáč, the customer appreciates not only the functionality and efficiency of the extraction system itself, but also the professional approach and precise work of our team during the installation.

The basis of the entire system is the powerful covered extraction unit ADAMIK FT 768 A with an efficient fan with a power input of 9.2 kW A, a filter area of 68 m² and mechanical filter regeneration. This solution has replaced several smaller, local extraction units, which freed up valuable space in the workshop.

The system is designed to effectively extract the new edge banding machine and saw. At the same time, it is ready for future expansion with a large-area saw and a CNC machine, which is ensured by sufficient extraction capacity.

The installation includes an air return, which contributes to energy savings. The summer/winter flap allows for a reduction in heat loss depending on the season.

Advantages of the new system:

• Space saving: Replacing several smaller extraction units with one central system freed up space in the workshop.
• Energy saving: Air recirculation helps reduce the energy consumption of the operation.

When the owners, Mr. Přemek Malkovský and Mr. Vít’a Přibil, decided to purchase a new CNC machine, they looked around for a quality extraction and their eye fell on our ADAMIK Company.

The first meeting and measurements resulted in a proposal for an outdoor central extraction unit for the workshop, which includes, among other things, a rotary valve, automatic starting system with the machines, automatic pneumatic shutters and air return back to the workshop (both for the summer and winter periods). Only for the edge banding machine was a separate dust collector designed for processing plastics.

As multiple separate bag dust collectors were previously used in the workshop, the installation of a central unit freed up a lot of working space.

Due to the circumstances we had a bit of a tight deadline for the assembly, but thanks to the full commitment of our assembly crew and the CZ Interiéry staff, who also put their hand to work, everything was installed in one week.

We believe that the gentlemen at CZ Interiéry will be satisfied with the comprehensive extraction system and we wish them many interesting orders.

Considering the low ceiling height at the location of the extraction, we chose the FT 618 filter unit with automatic shaking system, only 295 cm high and created just for these low ceilings.

For better waste processing, Mr. Frys took advantage of our offer to buy an older briquetting press, above which we placed a horizontal cyclone. The briquettes are then used to heat the workshop in winter.

Mr. Frys wanted to carry out the installation himself, which he managed with absolute brilliance. The entire system works to the complete satisfaction of both the owners and the workshop workers.

It deals with the processing of solid wood, veneer, flat materials with laminate surfaces, fireproof boards and polymer stone.

The symbiosis of carpenters’ experience and production with state-of-the-art technologies and quality partners has led to hundreds of satisfied clients around the world.

Mr. Lachman approached us at the end of 2018 with a request for a solution for the extraction of three CNC machines and an automatic doweling machine. The Lachman company has a central extraction system, but unfortunately this unit no longer had sufficient capacity to connect new CNC machines and dowel pins, and therefore these machines were extracted by local bag dust collectors. Insufficient performance and dust when emptying the bags were the main reason why Mr. Lachman was looking for a different solution.

Increasing the central extraction capacity would be technically and financially demanding, which is why we proposed strengthening the extraction capacity using a separated FT 650 LZ unit with a container, which is emptied into the existing central extraction system after the shift is completed. The extraction capacity of the central extraction unit was thus increased and at the same time we solved the need to dispose of bagged waste.

This system has been operating for over a year to the full satisfaction of owners and employees.
