High-stretched silicone membranes designed for vacuum pressing excel in high heat resistance up to 230 ° C and long life. Available thicknesses are from 0.3 to 20 mm and widths up to 2,000 mm. The silicone membranes supplied by us are used not only for the shaping of solid surface or the production of foil doors, but also in the production of parts in the automotive industry, trams, trains, caravans or in the production of solar panels.
Rubber membranes are mainly used for the production of furniture parts and veneering. Membrane heat resistance up to 130 ° C ensures sufficient value for most processes. The standard thickness is 2.5 mm and the width is 1,700 mm in various lengths according to customer requirements.
