At the beginning of summer holidays the company MORIS design sent us inquiry for aspiration of their new HOMAG CNC. MORIS design has in their facility central extraction system but the system did not have enough free capacity for the new Machinery.

Based on consultation with company MORIS we have offered solution by extraction unit FT 650 LZ which has waste  container with emptying to central extraction system. The FT 650 LZ is connected to the CNC as individual extractor and the emptying pipe is connected to the current central extraction system. The total extraction capacity increased and while there is still no need of waste manipulation.

The project from first visit, through project, production and assemlby of the unit was finished within 4 weeks.

We would like to thank to MORIS design and their staff for co-operation and we will be looking forward to farther projects.

The popular dust collector MOBIL 200 for edgebanders gets two more brave brothers!

The new concept in the field of dust collectors for the edgebanding machines is the dust collector the FT 416 and the FT 420 series. It may seem that there is no more place to bring some news in the field of dust collectors for edgebanding machines except the high underpressure, but the opposite is true.

Dust collectors FT 416 and FT 420 series bring 3 important advantages in comparison to MOBIL 200. Greatly en­larged filtration area allows to connect the dusty pre-milling aggregates, pos­sibility of rotating the inlet up or down, and all-metal rotor put these dust collectors regarding to their functionality into a completely new level.

We would like to welcome Belgian company D.B.S.I. among the group of producers manufacturing their solid surface products on ADAMIK Combiformer Plus. Thank you for choosing our machine.

Combiformer Plus XL with heating area of 3 500 × 1 300 mm and shaping area of 3 850 × 1 450 mm was shipped to our customer in Finland this week.

The final destination of the machine is in city of Konskenkorva where the famost Koskenkorva vodka is produced. We believe this was a reason why the customer asked for bottle of Becherovka as a part of our deal. And we did…

Recently we installed our device for Forming of solid surface in the company INGEMA in Michalovce, Slovakia. This device it is a combination of heating oven and the membrane press. We have made some successful tests on material DuPont Corian in our workshop.

The heating oven is not depend on the membrane press and could be also used separately. We have placed the heating oven under the vacuum press to save space. The vacuum press can be used besides the forming of solid surface also for veneering. There is possibility to divide the oven into the three heating zones and save energy consumption. It is because of double-sided heating plate. The heating speed depends on material thickness.

Dynamically developing company HR is engaged in processing and realization of interior projects of shops and stores. The company has contacted us regarding the delivery of central exhaustion system to their workshop.

We have located untypical type of dust collector FT 650 L 9 kW, exhaustion capacity 11 000 m3/h, underpressure 5000 Pa. The dust collector is being connected to the some sanders, edge banding machines, milling cutter and panel saw.

The second part consists of dust collector FT 630 4 kW, exhaustion capacity of 8 800 m3/h, underpressure 3000 Pa. This device is being connected to the CNC machine with the thicknesser.

The challenge for us it was to install the pipeline into the hall. Because inside the hall there were vaults, the installation was very difficult. But everything was done very well and we hope that the company HAST RETAIL will contact us again in the case of need.

We were recently contacted by company Hanzlik & Hanzlik from Otice near Opava. They asked us for an offer for exhaustion device to CNC machine Holz-Her Pro-Master 7017. Although it is a small family company, they are able to meet the requirements of even the most demanding clients. They specialize in a job production and design solutions of tailor-made furniture.

Our specialist for exhaustion devices, colleague Rosťa, has offered them optimal solution for the CNC machine. The installation of the dust collector FT615 was done without any problem. We believe that our device will be working perfectly in company Hanzlík & Hanzlík for a long time.

Recently we solved situation of quick installation of classic dust collector FT xxx SF series in the company FINIDR, which operates in printing industry for many years, not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad.

The company Finidr has decided to invest in new machine – corner trim. But the trim without the dust collector was still clogged by paper scraps. The situation should be resolved immediately. We did not hesitate any minute and we delivered the corner trim even on the day we received the order.

We are very pleased, that we were able to help with this urgent problem and look forward to our further cooperation.

After some time we bring again some information about our new installation. This time it was an installation of dust collector FT 615 3 kW with automatic start to the panel saw in company Murtfeld plasty, s.r.o.

This atypical solution with automatic start of the dust collector, when you turn on the panel saw, were designed directly to company Murtfeld plasty. The company Murtfeld designes and processes technical plastics for using in industry and is one of the world manufacturers of sliding profiles, chains and belts guides, chains tensioners and abrasions of resistant plastic parts with sliding charakteristics. We are convinced they will be satisfied with our device during their processing of the plastics.
