Some time ago we installed our equipment for shaping solid surface – Combiformer Plus – in Ingema company in Michalovce. It is a combination of a heating furnace and a membrane press.
We have conducted several successful tests on DuPont Corian material in our facility. The heating oven works independently of the press, so it can be used separately.
In order to save space, we placed the furnace under a vacuum press, which can be used for veneering in addition to shaping solid surface. The heating furnace working place can be divided into 3 heating zones to save electricity. This is a double-sided heating system. The speed of heating depends on the thickness of the material.
