The Czech company CZ Interiéry s.r.o. has been using the ADAMIK membrane press in Dolní Měcholupy for some time now.
When the owners, Mr. Přemek Malkovský and Mr. Vít’a Přibil, decided to purchase a new CNC machine, they looked around for a quality extraction and their eye fell on our ADAMIK Company.
The first meeting and measurements resulted in a proposal for an outdoor central extraction unit for the workshop, which includes, among other things, a rotary valve, automatic starting system with the machines, automatic pneumatic shutters and air return back to the workshop (both for the summer and winter periods). Only for the edge banding machine was a separate dust collector designed for processing plastics.
As multiple separate bag dust collectors were previously used in the workshop, the installation of a central unit freed up a lot of working space.
Due to the circumstances we had a bit of a tight deadline for the assembly, but thanks to the full commitment of our assembly crew and the CZ Interiéry staff, who also put their hand to work, everything was installed in one week.
We believe that the gentlemen at CZ Interiéry will be satisfied with the comprehensive extraction system and we wish them many interesting orders.
