Extraction and filtration units (NOIL, OIL STOP, etc.) are designed to purify the air in work areas where oil vapors (oil mist) are generated, and to subsequently recycle the captured oil.

The units can be equipped with up to five filtration stages, which provides a very high level of filtration of up to 99.95 %. The air thus purified is then returned to the workplace.

In the case of demanding operations where smoke is present, we recommend using an additional filter with a BIA USG, C tested teflon layer.

The filtered oil is collected in the lower part of the unit, where it is ready for further use.

Thanks to the arrangement of the filters, their remarkable absorption power and special flow, larger units can be used in any environment without causing acoustic pollution. Where very low noise levels are required, optional AFON silencers or a soundproofed fan box can be supplied.
