Mobile or stationary filtration units equipped with horizontal cartridge filters suitable for extraction and filtration of fumes generated during welding, for extraction of fine and coarse dust and small amounts of chips. The horizontal position of the filters allows easy access and quick maintenance of the filter area.

The filter units are equipped with arms with extraction nozzle or connected directly to the piping system.

The polluted air is extracted in through the inlet thanks to the negative pressure created by the extraction fan located behind the filters.

The filter unit consists of one vertical prechamber where the heaviest dust is sorted and falls into the first collection container. This is followed by a labyrinth along with high efficiency cartridge filters where the intake dirty air is filtered and the fine dust is collected in a second container.

The units can be equipped with a spark trap at their inlet. The spark trap, in combination with a collection container adapted to accommodate a water bath, effectively protects the unit against ignition.
The unit’s filtration capabilities can be further improved by using a carbon filter and a HEPA H13 filter.

Some units are also equipped with a compressed air cleaning system. If permitted by local regulations, the filtered air can be recycled into the work space, which represents a significant energy savings.

The portfolio also includes versions suitable for extracting dust/fumes from thermal cutting and laser cutting or for indoor environments with high dust concentrations.
