High-expansion silicone membranes designed for vacuum pressing are distinguished by high heat resistance up to 230 °C and long service life. Available in thicknesses from 0.3 to 20 mm and widths up to 2,000 mm. The silicone membranes we supply are used not only for shaping of solid surface or the production of foiled doors, but also in the manufacture of parts in the automotive industry, trams, trains, caravans or in the production of solar panels.

Rubber membranes are mainly used for the production of furniture parts and veneering process. The membrane’s heat resistance of up to 130 °C provides sufficient value for most processes. The standard thickness used is 2.5 mm and a width of 1,700 mm in various lengths according to customer requirements.
